Homeless Rescue Services, Inc. (HRSI) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation located in Richmond, CA.
All donations (100%) are distributed to our partner ministries.
Overhead and operating expenses are paid by a private donor.

Dr. Malcolm Lee
President

Dr. Malcolm Lee, the founding president, has been leading HRSI since its inception in 1999.

Dr. Lee has over 30 years of experience in non-profit management with his involvement with the Bay Area Rescue Mission in Richmond, CA from 1970 to December of 1999.

During these thirty years, he has built relationships with the Association of Gospel Rescue Mission (AGRM) and City Mission World Association (CMWA). With the AGRM, Dr. Lee has been Pacific District President for 2 4-year terms and has served as the AGRM President of the Board for 2 2-year terms as well as other board positions. Dr. Lee has been influential in the forming of CMWA. He has attend each of the CMWA triennial conferences.

Dr. Lee has spoken before many groups, churches, radio as well as on tv.
